JetPark Hotels – Pet Stay Terms & Conditions
JetPark Hotels are pet-friendly and understand that pets are part of the family. We gladly welcome guests travelling with small pets, subject to the following terms and conditions:

General Guidelines
• Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.
• Guests must confirm the number and breed of pets upon booking. Limitations may apply.
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed per room for a comfortable stay.
• Accommodation will be in a Superior Twin or Superior King Room.
• Owners must bring pets into their hotel room via the nearest side entrance.
• Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest at all times.
• Pets must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless inside the guest’s room.
• Pets may be left unattended in the room for a short time as long as the owner remains on-site.
• Pets are not allowed in the main building of the hotel.

Housekeeping & Amenities
• Guests must contact housekeeping to arrange a convenient time for room servicing.
• We provide in-room pet amenities, including a pet bed, blanket, and water bowl. These must be left behind for the next guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge a replacement fee if items are missing or damaged.
• Pet beds are suitable for medium-sized dogs. For larger dogs, please inform reception in advance and bring your own pet bed.

Guest Responsibilities
• Guests must clean up after their pets on hotel property and in the neighbourhood.
• Any disturbances, such as barking, must be controlled to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
• Guests are responsible for any property damage or personal injuries resulting from their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages.
• Pets must be on a flea control programme before arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
• The Pampered Pet Package must be booked directly with JetPark Hotels. Contact us at 0800 538 466 or email reservations@jetpark.co.nz to secure your pet-friendly stay.
• All confirmed bookings will be held until 2 PM on the day of arrival. Unconfirmed bookings will be released after this time.
• If a booking is guaranteed by credit card, voucher, IATA, or company charge-back, the room will be held until 10 AM the following day.
• Guaranteed bookings that are not cancelled by 2 PM on the day of arrival and are not taken up will incur a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation.

Disability Assist Dogs
If you are someone who lives with the support of a Disability Assist Dog, you are welcome to bring them to stay in any of our rooms (not just pet-friendly rooms). The dog must be certified by an approved organisation such as:
