JetPark Hotel Hamilton is a Qualmark 4-star hotel with a prime location just 80 meters from Hamilton Airport. Our hotel is entirely newly refurbished, giving the rooms that fresh, modern feel they so eagerly deserve.

At JetPark Hotel, we value all our guests, including our furry ones and that’s why we offer a specially designed fur-friendly “pampered pet package”. This package includes everything needed to ensure you and your pet are well taken care of during your stay with us.

You will get complimentary wi-fi and secure on-site parking when booking with us. Your fur friend will receive the use of a pet bed, blanket and water bowl. To sweeten the deal, we provide a small pack of pet food, a treat and a toy for them to enjoy.

*Please note that the provided pet beds are for dogs up to medium size. Please let reception know if you have a big dog and bring their own bed with you.

    Jet Park Hotels are pet-friendly hotels that understand pets are an extension of your family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with small pets, subject to the following terms and conditions:

    Pets must comply with local legislation requirements
    Guest to confirm number and breed of pets upon booking. Limitations may apply
    For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room
    Owners can bring pets into their hotel room via the side entrance nearest the room
    Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest at all times
    Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest’s room
    Pets may be left unattended in your room for a short time as long as the owner is still on site
    Pets are not allowed in the main building of the hotel
    Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel property and in the neighbourhood
    Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced
    Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room
    We have in-room amenities including a pet bed, blanket, and water bowl for you to use during your stay. Please leave them behind for the next guest, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any replacement fee.
    Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate with the cost of any damages.

    All confirmed bookings will be held up to 2 pm on the day of arrival. Any bookings that have not been guaranteed will be released by 2 pm on the day of arrival. If the bookings have been guaranteed by credit card, voucher, IATA or company charge-back, the room will be held until 10 am the following day
    Any bookings that have been guaranteed and are not cancelled by 2 PM on the day of arrival, nor taken up by the client, will incur a cancellation fee of ONE NIGHT accommodation
    If you are someone who lives with the support of a “Disability Assist Dog”, you are welcome to bring them with you to stay in any of our rooms, it doesn’t have to be a special pet stay room. The dog must be certified by an approved organisation like the Blind Foundation, Assistance Dogs NZ or Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ.
